CFO/Investment Fund Raiser

Our Real Estate Flipping startup is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer/Fundraising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising funds for a start up from Angel Investors, Venture Capital and Private Equity companies. As a Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to help us reach our initial capital raise and future raising and financial goals. You will work closely with senior management to identify potential investors and manage relationships with existing investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to raise capital from potential investors
• Build and maintain relationships with existing investors to ensure ongoing support
• Identify new fundraising opportunities and stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices
• Prepare fundraising materials, such as pitch decks, offering memorandums, and marketing collateral
• Coordinate and lead investor meetings and presentations
• Maintain accurate records of investor communications, including investor inquiries, follow-ups, and updates
• Work closely with senior management to develop financial forecasts and fundraising targets
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising for investment firms or financial institutions
• Proven track record of successfully raising funds from institutional and high net worth investors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
